How we can do it at this price

For these builds we use modern build tooling throughout the production stage. That is what takes a project from weeks down to days, and it is the reason this price works. The design decisions, the writing and the final build are still mine, and I am the one you deal with throughout.

Questions

Your site is live and working. Your up-front payment covers your first three months of hosting, security, backups and care. After that it is £100 a month, which also covers small changes as your business changes.

The site and domain are set up, registered and looked after by me as part of the plan, so there is nothing for you to manage or renew. The plan itself is a subscription rather than a one-off purchase, and if you ever want to own everything outright there is a straightforward buy-out option below.

Yes. After your three-month minimum term you can buy the site outright for a one-off transfer fee of £500. That includes the full site files and the domain moved into your name, and the monthly plan then ends. Without the buy-out the plan is non-transferable: the site and domain are part of the subscription.

£300, which covers your first three months (three £100 payments). There is no separate setup fee. You still see your homepage design first, and you only pay once you are happy and we go ahead.
